As you've known already or figured out, I am a 'One Piece' fan, this show really appeals to me, so I've wanted to make it clear for you from the beginning, about who I love the most, I will also do a Top 5 characters I hate the most as well. Now for the honorable mentions:-
Monkey D. Luffy
Well Luffy is the main character of the 'One Piece' anime, I love him though he is so common as a favorite character, that I decided to put him in my honorable mention, I like him as a character though, and he is the most character that matches my personalities in real life, he also has the same face as me, well exactly the same.
Coby
Alabasta, but he died, so thats why Garp is also the same rank.Ace's Devil fruit is one of my favorite. I love Garp because he is such an awesome grandpa, he look really amazing, and he is so kind, for obeying Roger's last words, which was to take care of Ace.

Coby
Well... Coby, I disliked him in the beginning of the show, though... When he first appeared just after Ennies Loby arc, I was shocked, he was more like a main character, he has the same personalities as luffy but he is, the other side of the show, Luffy is the Pirate and he is a Marine, it would really be fun in the future, if there was like a chase and Coby was the person to hunt down Mugiwaras.
Arlong
Arlong is an amazing fish-man, his arc in the beginning of the show is one of my favorite, and the fact the he is a shark is really awesome and cool for a villain character, and he is also the brother of the former warlord Jimbe, and he is a pretty cool character, and a villain to be liked.

1. Roronoa Zoro
Zoro... Zoro...Zoro, he is badass, he doesn't care about anything in the world but... his nakama, proving that is after Thriller Bark, Zoro sacrificed himself for his nakama, and didn't mention it neither take credit for it. His ambition is amazing, trying to surpass all swordsmen in the OP world. Added to that his amazing battles, versus Kaku and Pica.
2. Traflagar Law
Being a Supernova, and a badass Pirate Captain and a amazing devil fruit, and he took a big part in some of the latest episode, and his amazing abilities in games, 'OPTC', and he is freaking hysterical, it's not a surprise he is on this list.
3. Portagas D. Ace/ Monkey D. Garp

4. Bartolomeo
Such an amazing hair-style, with badass teeth, and an amazing devil fruit. He would be such an amazing Strawhat, and he is so... freaking funny, stalking the Strawhats... LOL
5. Rayleigh
He is such an wise man, he trained Luffy, and he is amazingly strong, he is Roger's first mate, how isn't he even likeable...
6. Eustass Kidd
One of my favorite supernova, I believe he can be a major roll in the future OP content, his Devil Fruit is beyond limits, and his looks totally mean swag, having to boss killer around like a boss, he is total awesomeness.
7. Urogue
Love him, this guy is like a whole army himself, his strength is beyond limits, and he is a total amazing pirate captain. I would love to be in his crew...
8. Crocodile
This guy... is badass, smoking cigars all the time... he is respected. He helped Luffy in impel down and even in Parimount war. Even though Luffy ruined his plans of turning Alabasta against each other and causing a rebellion.
9. Chopper/ Usopp
Do I even have to talk... Chopper is super cute and Usopp... is a wimp which make him funny...
10. Jewelry Bonney
She loves food... I love food, she has swag... I have Swag...
